At  Horse Trailer LLC, we are committed to the safe and transparent delivery of high-value equestrian equipment. This policy outlines our shipping standards and timelines as of May 2026.

1. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday.

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified and your trailer is queued for transport.

2. Shipping Rates & Minimums

  • Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value for trailer purchases.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • Note on Freight: Due to the size of horse trailers, we utilize specialized freight carriers. The price you see at checkout is the final shipping price for that transaction.

3. Transit & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Continental USA: 3–7 business days.

  • Canada: 7–14 business days.

  • Please note: These are estimates. Heavy equipment transport can be affected by weather or Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. We will provide a specific tracking number or carrier contact once the trailer departs our facility.

4. Delivery Requirements

Because our products are oversized vehicles, the following conditions must be met:

  • Access: The delivery address must be accessible to a full-sized truck and trailer.

  • Signature: An adult (18+) must be present to inspect the unit and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).

  • Inspection: Customers must inspect the trailer for any transit damage before signing for delivery. Please photograph any discrepancies and note them on the delivery receipt.

5. International Shipping

For deliveries to Canada, the customer is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by customs.
