1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the trailer must be in the same physical and mechanical condition as when delivered, with all original documentation (title, manuals) included.

2. 100% Free Return Transport We offer Free Returns on all eligible trailers.

• Return Shipping Cost: $0.00.  Horse Trailer LLC covers all logistics and transport fees for the return.

• Return Method: We coordinate a professional transport pickup directly from your location.

3. No Restocking Fees To ensure a worry-free experience, we charge $0.00 in restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping fees for all trailers returned in their original sold condition.

4. Inspection & Refund Timeline

• Inspection: Once the trailer reaches our facility, we complete a condition inspection within 3 business days.

• Refund Processing: Your refund will be initiated immediately after inspection. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.

5. Exclusions Returns cannot be accepted for trailers that have been modified, damaged, or used for hauling livestock after the delivery date.
